Phyllis Garcia is the Managing Broker and Co-owner, of Bridge Realty of Texas, a Magna Cum Laude graduate of St. Edwards University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.  She is a North Texas native and has lived in Southern Denton County since 1976. She has worked in the Human Resources field, both in recruiting and benefits.   She also has 19 years of sales management experience and qualified for sales training trips to Egypt, Thailand, Greece, Germany, Spain, Italy, England and others. 

She began her career in Commercial Real Estate in 1999.  After a short tenure in Property Management, she entered the fulfilling arena of commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing.

Throughout her real estate career, she has established a successful track record in the areas of leasing with both Landlord/Tenant representation and property investments in land and building sales.  Her experiences include helping national, regional and local businesses procure their office or retail lease spaces, with a level of professionalism and service that is just part of the value that Phyllis provides to her clients.  She has also worked with real estate investors in the acquisition and sale of investment properties.

In 2014 and 2019, her dedication earned her the recognition of “Best Commercial Real Estate Agent” in Denton County by Murray Media and was a 2015 and 2020  finalist in the same category.

In January 2016, Phyllis, along with her husband Lionel, founded Bridge Realty of Texas as a boutique real estate firm specializing in Leasing and Sales in Retail, Office, Warehouse and Land properties.

Phyllis is an active community member and is a member of the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce, Lewisville Chamber of Commerce and the Highland Village Business Association.  She has served on the Board of Directors of the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce and is also a 2002 graduate of the Leadership Flower Mound class offered by the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce.  Her professional relationships include  North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and other entrepreneurial business networking groups.

She adheres to the principals of integrity, diligence, confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with clients.
