Lionel Garcia

Lionel Garcia is the Co-owner, and a Real Estate Agent at Bridge Realty of Texas. He completed his BBA in Production & Operations Management at the University of North Texas in 1987 and his MBA in Administrave Management, also from UNT, in 1994. He is a native Texan from the Alamo City and moved to North Texas after marrying Phyllis, the love of his life.

He had a long career in the automotive industry with both Toyota and BMW.  During his association with Toyota, he was a Parts Manager, Service Manager and District Parts Manager for the North Texas region.  As a Parts Manager at Toyota of Dallas, he became one of the first Parts Managers in the U.S. to achieve annual sales in excess of $1,000,000.00.  He was Service Manager at BMW of Dallas and the Texas - Fixed Operations Trainer for AutoNation. 

Lionel was part of the original team that began operations at Boeing - Corinth.  He was privileged to be part of the team responsible for transitioning the first work packages from Seattle to Corinth. His primary roles at Boeing were as Program Manager and Production Control Manager.  

Additionally, he owned and operated a small business in Denton from 1982 - 1985.

In November of 2015, he left the corporate world and he, and his wife Phyllis, founded Bridge Realty of Texas. 

He is a licensed agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission, a member of the Highland Village Business Association, Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce, and the Lewisville Chamber of Commerce.  He is also a graduate of both the Lewisville and Flower Mound Citizen's Police Academies and a member of the 2017 graduating class of Leadership Flower Mound offered by the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce.

Aside from his family, one of his greatest joys is helping other people.  Whether it’s on a mission trip with his church to build a house or dig a well, or just helping a neighbor with some small job around their house, spending time in service of others is just plain fun.  

Lionel and his wife, Phyllis, are active members at Rockpointe Church.  His interests and hobbies include cycling, cars, cooking, travel and photography.

He believes in doing the right thing because it’s the right thing to do.
